In Luhansk region Ukrainian soldiers destroyed insurgent’s military vehicle: two people killed

Insurgents in the Luhansk region tried to approach the forefront positions of the Ukrainian defenders and capture the observation post. However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the attack.

According to the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, the Ukrainian Air Force destroyed an insurgent’s armored vehicle in the Luhansk region.“In order to repel the attack, our military used on-duty weaponry and anti-tank units, launched a guided missile of the Ukrainian ATGM Stugn-P at the enemy armored vehicle and destroyed it along with its crew,” the press service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

According to the Joint Staff of Ukraine, two of the terrorists were killed, eight more were injured.
No casualties among Ukrainian military personnel were reported.
